What kind of products do you sell? We are the premier distributor of professional beauty and barber products. Our inventory includes clippers, trimmers, shavers, shears, hair treatments, and a wide variety of other professional beauty and barber tools and supplies.
Where is your physical store located? Our store is located at: 4230 Annandale Rd Suite 150 Annandale, VA 22003
What are your store hours? Our store hours are: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST/EDT). We are closed on Sundays.

How long does it take for my order to be processed? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
What are the standard shipping times for domestic orders? After the processing period, Standard domestic shipping (USA) transit time is 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping is 2-3 business days, and One-Day shipping is 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer international shipping using USPS First Class International, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
What is the average international transit time? The average transit time for international shipments is 2 to 3 weeks. This is an estimate and may vary due to customs procedures in the destination country.
Will I have to pay customs fees or duties for international orders? Yes. Your order may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country (collectively, "Customs Charges"). We are not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

🔄 Returns and Refunds

What is your return period? We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What condition must the item be in to be eligible for a return? The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return? To begin a return, please contact us at zeepkbeautyinc@gmail.com. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping? If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be returned? Yes, we cannot accept returns on: Personal care goods (such as many beauty products), custom products (special or personalized orders), perishable goods, hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases), sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you are unsure about your specific item.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically up to 15 business days total).
What is the European Union 14-day cooling-off period? If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the required return condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).
